At Contour Design we strive after producing products of high and premium quality. We take a pride in offering a professional input device you can rely on every day, and offer a 2 year warranty on all Contour Design's original products from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that you experience any challenges with a Contour Design product we ask you to do the following:

  1. Have a look at our Frequently Asked Question page, and try out relevant proposed solutions.
  2. You can also consult the manual for your product for further information.
  3. If you cannot find a solution, we would be happy to help you. In order to give you a better and more precise support, we would kindly ask you to fill in the form below.
