About us

Contour Design is a global leader in the development, research and design of ergonomic computer input devices such as RollerMouse and Contour Mouse. Founded in 1995 by Steve Wang, Contour Design Inc. designed the optimal computer mouse based on ergonomic research relating to computer use. Our award-winning ergonomic mouse alternatives are the result of a decade-long research, development and design initiative.

A Scandinavian approach

Our outlook on computer user safety is closely aligned with those found in Scandinavian countries, where worker safety is central to most business cultures. Scandinavians have long been recognized for their design of tools and furniture that work in harmony with human physiology, rather than against it.

Where we operate

Contour Design Inc., based in Windham, New Hampshire, USA is responsible for product development and daily operations in North America. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Contour Design Europe imports and markets its products via subsidiaries in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and United Kingdom. Contour Design Europe also has partnerships with ergonomic distributors in Finland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.
